Rally Trip

Rally Trip is the shared plan for a group trip. One person sets it up, everyone joins with a code, and the whole group sees the same schedule, who is going, what it costs and who owes whom.

PLAN TOGETHER
- A day-by-day schedule with Going, Maybe and Can't replies
- Polls and votes when the group can't decide
- Organizers can lock the plan, approve new people and share the work
- Times always show in the trip's own time zone

SPLIT THE COSTS
- Add expenses in any currency, with the exchange rate for the day it was spent
- Split equally, by percentage, by exact amounts, or item by item with tax and tip
- Kids can pay a smaller share and families settle up as one household
- Settle up with the fewest payments, then pay in Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. Rally Trip never holds your money.
- Track deposits due before the trip, with reminders

MEET UP
- Start a meet-up in a tap, or from any event, and everyone gets a notification
- See who is on their way, who is here and who is running late
- Optionally share your live location with your own trip group for 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours, and stop any time

EVERYTHING ELSE A TRIP NEEDS
- A packing list everyone ticks off, plus shared items people can volunteer to bring
- Rides: who is driving, open seats and who still needs a lift
- Links to your group chat and photo album
- Food and allergy notes and emergency contacts for organizers
- Reads offline, so your plan is there without signal
- Duplicate a trip as a template for next time

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Join with a code or a personal invite link and pick your name. Add an email later to keep your trips on any device.
