Use the color-coded grouping to simplify and speed up daily decision making; individualize sessions to avoid chronic fatigue and risk factors for overtraining.

For individuals and team members:
The product allows individuals to test themselves remotely, with the data made available to the coaching staff. Coaches and team leaders can monitor their team members' progress with private trainers and specialists, or within the context of a formal off-site training program. Empower individuals to manage their own daily Readiness and train safely and productively in situations where coaching contact is limited by contract or rule.
