About Noise Traffic Light
Noise Traffic Light turns ambient noise into a visual traffic light to help keep a quieter environment at home, in a classroom or in shared spaces.
A continuous green, yellow and red background lets you see the noise level at a glance. Adjust sensitivity to suit your phone and your surroundings.
Choose a gentle chime, soft bells, a soft beep or silent mode. Adjust alert volume, duration and the minimum time between alerts, and listen to a preview.
After you grant microphone permission, listening starts automatically while the app is visible. It pauses when you leave and restarts when you return while permission remains granted. Microphone audio is processed temporarily in device memory: it is not saved or sent.
Includes a short, repeatable tutorial and privacy options in the menu. No account is required. The app includes one footer advertising banner when applicable.
This is not a calibrated sound level meter and must not be used for safety, health or regulatory decisions.
