Hotel PMS and booking manager for small hotels, motels, guesthouses, homestays and hostels. Room Manager is a simple property management system that runs on your phone: room status, reservations, check-in and check-out, deposits, invoices and reports, working offline.
Manage your small hotel, motel or guesthouse from your phone or tablet. Keep room availability, reservations, deposits and guest balances in one place, even when your internet connection drops. Begin with up to 5 rooms; choose an optional annual plan when you need more. No Room Manager account is required.
ROOMS, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
See room status at a glance. Set hourly, nightly or monthly rates, make reservations, check guests in and out, record deposits and payments, and add services or extra charges.
INVOICES AND REPORTS
Create PDF invoices with your business details. Review revenue, payments received, outstanding balances and expenses, and export reports to CSV. Tax and guest-stay settings must be configured for your business and local requirements.
MORE TOOLS FOR YOUR PROPERTY
Keep your team organized with staff and shift handover tools, guest-document scanning, channel commissions and synchronization between devices on the same Wi-Fi. Local checkout reminders and motorbike-rental management are also available. Feature access depends on your plan.

Without a subscription: manage up to 5 rooms, ad-supported. File backup and restore are included on every plan.
Pro: unlimited rooms, no ads, tax and invoice settings, guest-stay declaration exports.
Business: all Pro features, plus staff and shift tools, local-network sync, guest-document scanning, channel commissions.
An annual Remove Ads subscription is also available. Check the in-app purchase screen for the current price and the benefits offered by each product.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases.
YOUR DATA
Guest and property records are stored locally. You control file exports, backups and local-network sharing. Advertising services may collect device identifiers, usage and diagnostic data as described in our Privacy Policy. Internet access is needed for ads, purchases and purchase restoration.
