Factory Manager runs a small factory from the phones and tablets already on the floor. No server, no account, no per-user fee - the data lives on your devices and syncs between them over your own Wi-Fi.

EVERY STEP IS A SCAN
Each box, bag and pallet carries a QR label that already knows what is inside: item, lot and quantity. Moving stock is two scans - scan the label, scan the location. Starting a job is one scan of the work order. Clocking a step is one scan of the staff badge. Barcode guns work too: the app can tell a gun from someone typing.

STOCK THAT MATCHES THE SHELF
Receipts, issues, transfers, returns, stocktakes and adjustments all land in one ledger. Every number on every report is rebuilt from that ledger, so two devices can never disagree about what you have.

PRODUCTION
Multi-level bills of materials, work orders with routing steps, material issue, output and scrap per step, rework, and a work-centre load report that shows where the queue is.

QUALITY AND TRACEABILITY
Inspect incoming goods, work in progress and finished goods. Record defect types with photos. Trace any lot both ways: from a raw-material lot forward to the customers who received it, and from a finished item back to every lot that went into it.

COSTING
Moving-average cost per item, plus labour and machine time on every job, so you can see what an order really cost to make. Piece-rate and hourly payroll comes out of the same production logs.

PAPERWORK
Print QR labels on a thermal printer over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, or on any printer your device can see. Delivery notes, invoices, traceability sheets. Export any report to CSV for your spreadsheet.

MANY WAREHOUSES, MANY SITES
Run more than one plant. Documents carry the site code, transfers between sites pass through goods-in-transit, and a cross-site report puts the plants side by side.

WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOES NOT
Everything works offline. When devices meet on the same Wi-Fi they exchange what each one missed, and a pairing code keeps strangers out. Back up to a file and restore it on a new device.

No ads, no account, no cloud: your factory data stays on your devices. Only the barcode scanner (Google ML Kit) sends technical diagnostics to Google.
