Trace Drawing Camera

Trace Drawing Camera turns any photo or a built-in practice sketch into a see-through guide on top of your live camera, so you can trace it onto paper by hand — no light box, no printer, no tracing table. Pick an image, line it up, and draw.

🖼️ Pick a photo or a sketch
Choose any photo, or pick one of 10 built-in practice sketches. Simple objects and shapes: flower, leaf, star, heart, house, tree, mug, sailboat, umbrella, diamond. No account or internet needed.

🔍 Pinch, rotate, dim
Pinch, drag and twist to line the overlay up with your paper. A slider dims it so your pencil lines stay visible.

🔒 Lock the position
Once it's lined up, lock it. A stray touch while you're drawing won't nudge the overlay out of place.

✏️ Outline and grayscale
Switch a photo to a clean outline or grayscale so the shapes are easier to follow. Mirror the overlay for lettering, or use the grid and flashlight in low light.

📸 Save your progress
Tap the shutter to save a photo of your paper to a gallery album. The overlay is a guide only — it is never combined into the saved photo.

🔒 Private and offline
Your photos stay on your phone and never leave it. No account, no server, no internet — the only permission asked is the camera.

🎁 Free, one optional upgrade
Everything above is free, supported by a small banner and an occasional full-screen ad. A one-time purchase removes ads forever; it is not a subscription.

🖌️ Sharpen your reference photo
When you pick a photo from your gallery, an optional editor lets you adjust brightness/contrast and crop before it becomes the tracing overlay — skip it anytime with back.
