Delivery Run Log & Mileage

The Delivery Run Log tracks what you drove, where you went, and how it went — no fleet subscription required.

WHAT YOU RECORD
• Route name
• Run date
• Number of stops
• Distance
• Run status
• A brief note

WHY IT HELPS
Your distance history supports mileage claims or helps identify which route takes longer.

FIND IT LATER
Runs are organized by day and can be easily searched.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Records are saved on this device. No account, no server, no employer dashboard. Export to CSV when you need to submit or keep a copy.

WORKS OFFLINE
Delivery areas often have poor signal. Everything functions without a connection.

WHY KEEP YOUR OWN LOG
Fleet software belongs to the company. This log is yours, assisting you in settling mileage claims or showing which routes consistently take longer.

WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR
• Submitting distance for reimbursement
• Comparing routes over a month
• Noting issues while they're fresh
