Pill Now! Pill Reminder

Medication reminders with a bit of attitude.

PillNow is a free pill reminder app with full-screen alarms that actually wake you up — not a notification you swipe away in your sleep. Link a photo of your real pill bottle to every reminder so you never mix up or miss a dose again. No account. No subscription. Everything stays on your phone.

50% of people with chronic conditions don't take their medication as prescribed. Standard phone notifications have a 30-40% miss rate. PillNow fixes this with a persistent, full-screen alarm — the same kind that gets you out of bed in the morning.

REMINDERS THAT WON'T QUIT
Full-screen alarm. Snooze it. We'll come back.

PHOTO-LINKED
Snap your actual pill. See it every time. No more "wait, which one was the white round pill?"

REFILL TRACKING
Enter your pill count and PillNow tracks how many you have left. Get a low-supply alert before you run out and panic.

YOUR TRACK RECORD
Every dose — taken, skipped, missed. Streaks. Proof you've still got this.

RUNNING LOW?
Stock check: you're nearly out. Sort it.

MISSED A DOSE?
We noticed. Fashionably late is fine. Missing it is not.

Works for anyone managing daily medications, people on multiple meds who can't tell them apart at 7am, adult children helping elderly parents stay on schedule, and anyone who left Medisafe when it went behind a paywall.

100% private. All data stays on your device. No account. No cloud. No fuss.

PillNow is a medication reminder tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
