eir bands

Eir bands app is a companion app for eir bands - a wearable neuromuscular stimulation device developed by Valkyrie Industries.
In addition to unique virtual reality workouts, you can use eir bands for:
Enhanced Performance: Activate and strengthen muscles through targeted EMS programs, either actively or passively. The bands contract and stimulate your muscles, helping improve strength, endurance, and recovery even when you’re resting, working, or cooling down.

Pain management: Relieve tension and muscle discomfort with precise stimulation designed for targeted pain management and improved comfort.

Massage & Relaxation: Ease soreness, stiffness, and fatigue anytime, anywhere with soothing pulse patterns that promote circulation and relaxation.
eir bands turn your muscle care into a connected, intelligent, and sensory experience from high-intensity VR workouts to post-workout relief and relaxation.
