About Brux Aware

Brux Aware measures what your jaw does while you sleep.

The Brux Aware mouth sensor is a small custom-fitted wearable with two pressure sensors built into it. Wear it overnight and the app shows you what it recorded: how often your jaw was active, how long, and how hard.

WHAT YOU SEE EACH MORNING
• A score for the night, measured against your own baseline
• How many episodes were recorded, and when
• Peak force, against your own reference bite
• How long you wore it

MEASURED AGAINST YOU, NOT AGAINST ANYONE ELSE
Your baseline is your own. Brux Aware never compares you to other people and never ranks you. The first few nights are spent learning what a usual night looks like for you.

TRAINING LEVELS
Choose how sensitive the sensor is: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. As you move up, smaller clenches and grinds are counted.

AN OPTIONAL PULSE
The sensor can pulse when it detects sustained pressure. Choose the intensity, or switch it off.

YOUR DATA
• Nights are stored on your phone
• Backing them up to an account is optional
• Contributing an anonymized copy to help develop the product is optional and off by default
• Delete your account and your data at any time

TRY IT WITHOUT THE HARDWARE
Demo mode shows the whole app running on example nights, so you can see what it does before you own one.

REQUIRES THE BRUX AWARE MOUTH SENSOR
The app pairs over Bluetooth with the Brux Aware sensor, sold separately at bruxaware.com.
