Mixarium: Rain & Sleep Sounds

Looking for rain sounds for sleeping, thunderstorm sounds, brown noise or a fan sound to relax to? They are all here — and you can hear several of them at once, in the same place.

Mixarium is not a list of tracks. It is 40+ places you step into: Rainy Cabin, The Rainy Pier, The Rainy Loft, Shelter in the Storm, Night Train. Each one is a living soundscape built from separate layers, and each layer sits at its own direction and distance around you. The storm drifts closer and pulls away; the rain thickens and thins. That is why the third hour does not sound like the first.

Plays all night on loop, in the background, with the screen locked. No ads, ever.

RAIN, RECORDING BY RECORDING

There are 10+ different rain recordings, and each one sounds like a different place. For the night: light rain, steady rain, soft rain. For the storm: heavy rain sounds. And the ones that change with whatever the water is falling on — rain on window, rain on a tin roof, rain on a metal roof, rain on a car roof, rain on an umbrella.

Thunder and lightning are separate sounds from the rain. You decide whether you want calm rain on its own or rain and thunder together, and how far away the storm sits — from distant thunder on the horizon to a thunderstorm right overhead.

WALK INTO A PLACE THAT IS ALREADY BUILT

40+ curated worlds, each with its own art and name — Rainy Cabin, Shelter in the Storm, The Rainy Loft, Rest by the Lake, The Mysterious Cave, Zen Bamboo Grove, Night Train. The layers are already balanced and already moving. Press play and let it run: to sleep, read, meditate or work.

OR BUILD THE PLACE YOURSELF

Open Anima and Mixarium becomes a full ambient sound mixer. Set each layer's volume, place it in the scene by direction and distance, widen or narrow its stereo image, shape it with a 10-band equalizer, and add automations so any of that moves over time along a curve you draw. Save it as your own world and walk back into it tomorrow. Use headphones to hear direction and distance.

FREE AND PREMIUM

Free: the free curated worlds in full, the first variation of almost every sound, up to 4 layers at once, the 10-band equalizer and the automations. No ads on any plan.

Premium: up to 10 layers, every variation, the Premium curated worlds, editing or cloning a curated world, unlimited saved worlds and favorites, downloading the whole catalog for offline listening, and the sleep timer with a gentle fade-out. Anything not downloaded yet needs a connection.

A rain track on loop flattens out by the third hour. A place does not — something in it is always moving.
