CareMate- Medicine Reminder

CareMate helps you remember your medicines, log your health measurements, and stay consistent with daily habits. Everything is stored locally on your device — there is no account to create, no cloud sync, and no data is sold.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

Medicines
• Add medicines with name, type, dosage, and unit
• Set one or multiple reminder times per day
• Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule
• Set a start date and an optional end date for a course of treatment
• Add personal notes and enable or disable a reminder anytime

Health measurements
• Log blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse)
• Log blood sugar, weight, and body temperature
• Add a unit and a note to each entry
• Review past entries on a calendar and history view

Measurement reminders
• Schedule recurring reminders to take a measurement
• Daily, weekly, or monthly with custom times
• Optional end date and notes

Habits
• Add personal habits with reminder times
• Mark each occurrence as done, skipped, or due
• Daily, weekly, or monthly cadence

History & calendar
• See your medicines, measurements, and habits per day
• Review what was logged, taken, or missed


PRIVACY-FIRST
• Your medicine list, measurement logs, habits, and profile name are stored only on your device.
• CareMate does not require sign-in and does not upload your health records to a server.
• The app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to receive crash reports and basic usage diagnostics so we can fix bugs and improve stability. This is described in the in-app Privacy Policy.
• Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device.
