About Lyra Messaging

Are you working with a Lyra Coach, Therapist or Physician that offers in-between session support? Then the Lyra Messaging app keeps you connected with access to provider messaging and your digital activities.

Whether you want to check in with your provider, practice new skills, or review your prior lessons, the Lyra Messaging app gives you the flexibility to get support when and where you need it.

-- Before using the Lyra Messaging app --

1. If your employer offers Lyra, sign up online at care.lyrahealth.com.
2. Share how you’re feeling, and Lyra will match you to the right care for your needs.
3. Schedule your first appointment with a Lyra provider.
4. To attend your first session over video, sign in via your computer. Or, if your sessions are done over live messaging, you can start using the Lyra Health app.
5. If your provider offers Lyra messaging and activities, download the Lyra Health app to take these features with you.

Lyra Health adds more flexibility and convenience into the care experience by making it easy to contact your Lyra provider and practice your skills on the go.

With the Lyra Health app, you can:

‣ Message your provider anytime to ask questions or get support
‣ Watch video lessons assigned by your provider to learn new skills
‣ Complete digital activities to practice skills and keep track of your emotional health
‣ Get reminded of upcoming sessions

-- DOES MY LYRA PROVIDER OFFER MESSAGING AND ACTIVITIES? --

Based on the Lyra program you are enrolled in, you have access to different features. Not all Lyra providers support the Lyra Messaging app. If you’re not sure, you can ask your Lyra provider if using the Lyra Messaging app for messaging and activities is part of your care plan.
