MARK UP ANY SITE PLAN

Import any photo or scan of a site plan, construction drawing, or floor layout and start placing markers directly on it. Tap anywhere on the drawing to drop a marker, give it a name (Vent, Extinguisher, Emergency Light, anything you need), add a description, assign a colour, size, material, and categorise it with tags or types.

Each project can hold multiple site maps - ground floor, first floor, roof plan, external elevations - each with their own independent set of markers, all managed in one place.

ATTACH PHOTOS FROM THE FIELD

Every marker can hold photos taken on-site. Open a marker, attach a photograph of the item in question, and it's immediately linked and stored. Annotate directly on the photo (draw, circle, or highlight) and rotate or crop it. Everything stays connected to the exact marker it came from.

EXPORT PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS

When the job is done, export the whole project as an auto-formatted, multi-page PDF report; ready to send to a client, file for compliance, or hand off to a colleague. Each report can include (if provided):
• A header with your company name, logo, location, email, and phone number
• The marked-up site plan with a numbered legend
• Full marker details and descriptions
• All attached site photos, with annotations
• Report date and project details throughout

Reports are structured by site map, so multi-floor or multi-area projects come out clearly organised, every time.

WORK AS A TEAM: LIVE SYNC

Create an organisation and invite your colleagues with a simple code. Once they're in, enable cloud sync on any project and it becomes live and shared - markers added on one device appear on everyone else's instantly. No emailing files back and forth, no version confusion, no waiting until you're back at a desk.

Each team member can be given viewer or editor access per project. The organisation admin controls who's in, who can do what, and can remove members at any time.

Company branding such as name, logo, contact details is set once by the admin and used automatically in every team member's PDF exports. They can also create global parameters that will sync to all members, so there won't be any confusion over different material names or product sizes.
