It’s almost impossible to learn to speak/understand a language like a native using just a mobile app. Especially not with the kind of apps that make you match images to words and do boring, repetitive drills. Language learning is a journey that needs to be supported by engaging with content in that language and actually speaking to other humans.

And we don’t claim that you will go from beginner to mastery in any other Indian language by using our innovative app. However, we do promise you that it is the most powerful “support” out there that can “help” you understand Indian languages

🎮 Interactive stories: Go beyond memorizing phrases and words. No more mindless drills and rote learning of vocabulary words and their meanings! PortalLearn helps you pick up Indian languages by playing interesting and fun stories.

🔉 Don’t just see, but also listen - All our dialogues are audio-enabled. So, you won’t just be learning the language visually, but you will also be learning by listening to the correct pronunciation as well.

🔡 Learn letters - PortalLearn has audio-visual flashcards to help you learn the letters of the language. It will help you learn how to read the letters and also learn basic words associated with those letters.

🎚️ Multiple levels - PortalLearn was initially built keeping intermediate-level language learners in mind. But we’re constantly working on adding more beginner-level and advanced-level content.

💕 Multiple topics: To make things more engaging, you can start learning the language by choosing stories from topics that interest you. We’re also constantly working on adding new stories and topics.

🟠⚪🟢 9 Indian languages: To get started, we have Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil/Tamizh and Telugu. But we’ll also be adding more languages in the future.
