About proTcity

proTcity is an urban community designed to help you experience the city with greater awareness: a social map where you can view nearby reports, alerts, events and meetups, share useful information, and connect with people you know or with the local community.

With proTcity, you can:
• view local content and updates on the map;
• create reports and alerts when you notice useful information to share with the community;
• publish events and meetups, including with visibility limited to your Friends or invited people;
• use WalkGuard and PreVision as informational support while planning or following a route;
• receive local notifications, if enabled, about relevant content in the areas you care about;
• manage contacts, privacy, consent, blocks and preferences directly from the app.

The community is designed to reduce noise and abuse: content may be subject to automated checks, review, temporary limits, user reports and moderation.

You can report content or users, block unwanted interactions, and manage the visibility of your content when publishing events or meetups.

Location is used to show nearby content, improve the map, calculate routes and send local notifications only when you have granted the required permissions. Photos, audio and other content are uploaded only when you choose to attach them or activate a specific feature.

proTcity is not an emergency service, does not replace the competent authorities, and does not guarantee the absence of risk. Information published by users is community-generated content and should be considered informational support. In case of real or immediate danger, always contact the official emergency numbers in your country.

proTcity has a simple goal: to help citizens, residents, visitors and local communities share useful signals, discover what is happening around them, and move with greater awareness while staying in control of privacy, visibility and interactions.
