THE RITUAL — three minutes, then silence

You speak. Four questions about your night, your body, your capacity and what's on your mind. No sliders, no scores to game, no forms.

It reads you. One number and one sentence about the day ahead. Never flattering, never alarming — and never something you didn't say.

It leaves. A short brief you can return to. Then nothing until tomorrow.


AFTER THE MORNING

The brief holds still all day — training, mind, recovery, one line each. It is set in the morning and does not move, because a pillar that updated hourly would be a dashboard, and you would start watching it.

And you can talk to it. Type or speak, any time, for as long as the day needs. It answers with your morning and its sources behind it — not a search of the open internet. The conversation is a room you enter and leave, not a feed you scroll.


GROUNDED, NOT GUESSED

Every suggestion is grounded in a curated set of named authorities, each trusted only inside their own field, never across all of them. Where there is no trustworthy source for a question, Integro says less rather than inventing more. It never drops names and never quotes anyone — the grounding is in what it says, not in who it credits.

Over time the authorities recede and your own record becomes the source — nine of your last ten mornings, not a distant name.

No streaks. Missing a morning costs you nothing.
No feed. Nothing to scroll, nothing waiting to pull you in.
No baiting. It never notifies you to drive a re-open.
No advertising. Your mornings are not inventory. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties watching what you do.

We start with the body because it answers honestly every morning. But functioning well as a whole person was never only physical. Integro is built to widen — one dimension at a time, and only when each can be done honestly rather than gestured at.


FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP

Your first 30 days are free. Founding membership is open to the first 200 members at $12.99 a month or $119.99 a year, and a founding rate never changes for as long as you stay. After that, new members pay $17.99 / $179.

Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and can be cancelled there at any time.
