Income Engine works with lenders who apply a common-sense underwriting approach, helping real estate agents close more deals by helping their clients who run into loan issues.

Agents can rest easy knowing that we can match their Real estate investors to programs specifically designed to help them grow their portfolio, with simple guidelines and low down payment requirements.

With this tool, agents can use their phones to help buyers find new loan options. Options that leverage assets or additional sources of income, often improving the terms a buyer can qualify for.

Through a text message sent from Income Engine, your buyer can begin the process of exploring alternative financing options. Once the intake is complete, the agent receives an optional notification with details of the analysis. Then the buyer and agents can decide how to best move forward with their preferred financing option. Don’t lose another deal because your buyer’s financing wasn’t right.
