KafilePro - Umrah Group Safety

In the crowds of Umrah, losing a group member turns into panic within minutes. KafilePro lets the group leader see the group on one live map, find a lost pilgrim within minutes, and keeps families back home at ease — with the pilgrim's permission.

KafilePro is a group-safety app that every pilgrim installs on their own phone to share their own location with people they choose. You always know who can see you, and you can turn it off with one tap.

FOR PILGRIMS
• One-tap I'M LOST — your group is alerted instantly and sees you on the map
• Roommates and travel companions: your close group sees each other, not the whole caravan
• Call your leader instantly, never miss an announcement
• Prayer times, qibla compass and a step-by-step Umrah guide

FOR GROUP LEADERS & OPERATORS
• Your group on a live map — who is where, whose phone is on
• Roll call in under a minute: who is here, who is missing
• Lost-case management: open a case, let the group search, close it when found
• Voice announcements that ring on every phone

FOR FAMILIES BACK HOME
• If your pilgrim invites you, see that they are safe and where they are: "At the hotel", "At the Haram"
• Send a prayer request or ask for a check-in

EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET
When networks collapse in the Haram crowds, KafilePro keeps working over a phone-to-phone proximity network: a phone with no internet stays visible through a nearby group member's phone.

IN MAKKAH AND MADINAH
Whether it is an umrah group or a hajj group, when people scatter around the Haram in Makkah or the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, a lost pilgrim is found within minutes through the group members closest to them.

OUR PRIVACY PRINCIPLE
• The pilgrim starts location sharing themselves; before any permission prompt the app explains what is shared and who sees it.
• An ongoing notification is shown on the phone for as long as sharing is active.
• Inside the group, visibility is mutual: the pilgrim sees the leader too. Everyone sees ONLY their own group; other groups never appear on any screen.
• Family sees the pilgrim only if the pilgrim invites them; the pilgrim can remove anyone from the "Who can see you" list at any time.
• "Stop sharing" is one tap; the account can be deleted in-app and all data is purged.
• No contacts, messages, call logs or photos are requested. Location goes only to the KafilePro server and is never given to third parties.
• The app is not designed for children. KafilePro is not an emergency service; in an emergency, call local emergency services.

KafilePro is built for Umrah operators: pilgrims join with a group code provided by their operator. Request a demo for your company at kafilepro.com
