Mridulam

Mridulam connects adults with trained support guides for private emotional support conversations by audio or optional video.

Use Mridulam when you want someone to listen, talk through your day, ease stress, or find a calm space for general emotional wellbeing. The app is designed for real-time human conversation, with wallet-based coins for calls and in-app messages.

Key features:
- Browse available support guides
- Start audio calls or optional video calls with available guides
- See the applicable audio or video rate before calling
- Send in-app messages
- Recharge your wallet with coins
- View call history and wallet transactions
- Report safety concerns from inside the app
- Access privacy, terms, and child safety policies
- Delete your account from the profile screen

Video safety: camera permission and a disclosure are required before sharing. On-device checks can pause outgoing video for missing face visibility or possible sexual content. Safety frames and scores are processed in memory and are not uploaded by these checks. Automated checks can make mistakes; end, report or block a call when needed. Audio and charges continue during a video pause until the call ends.

Mridulam does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, emergency support, or crisis intervention. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Mridulam is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
