Icono Gim is the official app of Icono Gim gym. It's designed for members and users who want to train with a personalized plan, improve their nutrition, and track their progress from their phones.

WITH THIS APP YOU CAN:
• Create a training plan adapted to your level, goals, and training location (gym, home, or free weights)
• Follow routines with videos and step-by-step instructions
• Access more than 160 workouts in different categories (HIIT, abs, arms, glutes, recovery, and more)
• Choose the duration, intensity, and available equipment
• Receive a nutrition plan based on your dietary style (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, Mediterranean, paleo, or keto)
• Cook with step-by-step guided recipes
• View statistics on your progress: workouts, weight, activity calendar, and more
• Earn points, unlock achievements, and compete on the leaderboard with other users

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS
When you start, you answer questions about your level and goals. The app generates a personalized plan and adjusts it week by week based on your progress and feedback.
