BUILT FOR THE LOCAL MARKET
Tola is the default unit, at the standard 11.6638 grams. 22K sits alongside 24K, because that is what most jewellery in Pakistan is made from. Every figure is in Pakistani rupees, with Western numerals, laid out the way a Sarafa board reads.
ENGLISH AND URDU
The whole app is available in Urdu with a proper right-to-left layout — not just translated labels, but mirrored rows, mirrored navigation and correct alignment. Switch languages any time from the globe button. English is the default.
THE CALCULATOR
Pick gold or silver, choose the karat, choose tola, 10 gram or gram, then type a weight or tap a quick amount. You get two numbers: what that quantity costs to buy, and what you would receive selling it back. Useful before visiting a jeweller, valuing inherited jewellery, or settling a family share.
HOW THE RATES ARE WORKED OUT
Rates are built from live international spot prices, converted to Pakistani rupees and adjusted by a local premium and dealer spread to approximate a Sarafa board. They are a well-informed estimate, not an official feed, and real counter prices vary between cities and between shops. Always confirm with your jeweller before buying or selling. The app repeats this on screen.
NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO TRACKING
There is no sign-up. The app collects no personal information, shows no advertising and contains no analytics or tracking. Your language choice and the last rates you viewed are stored on your own device and never leave it.
