GPV Manager

Digitize your sales team's work: record every visit with structured data and photos, even without cell service inside the store.

Each visit collects data for each product:
- Whether it's referenced or not
- Out-of-stock status and how it was resolved (notification, order, replenishment)
- Retail price and expiration date
- Location, secondary location, shelf height, shelf placement, and facings
- Photos of the display area
- Whether it meets the active promotion

It works offline: frozen food aisles, warehouses, and basements don't have coverage, and the app doesn't need it. Everything is saved on the device and syncs automatically when a signal is restored, without buttons or manual exports. The app also preloads data from the previous visit and offers a checklist mode, so you only need to correct what has changed.

As the administrator of your sales team, you configure the chains and points of sale, the brands and product codes for each chain, and their active promotions just once.

View a dashboard with coverage, stockouts, visits, and actions generated by retailer and SKU, along with their trends. Export to Excel or CSV, and generate a PDF report with photos, ready to send to your client or the brand.

Ideal whether you're a self-employed sales representative or manage a trade marketing or merchandising team: you don't need the structure of a large agency to have the same level of reporting.
