About VAYA

Vaya is a planner built around one idea: your brain isn't broken, most planners are just built for someone else's.

If you've ever opened a to-do app, felt instantly overwhelmed, and closed it again — Vaya works differently.

CATCH IT, DON'T LOSE IT

A random idea mid-task doesn't have to derail you. One tap parks it safely — task, idea, expense, or something to buy — so you can stay with what you're doing. Nothing is gone, nothing has to be dealt with right now.

ONE THING AT A TIME

Today opens with a single "Right now" card — the one thing that actually matters next — instead of a wall of everything you haven't done yet. Everything else waits quietly until you're ready for it.

A REAL LIMIT ON HOW MUCH YOU CAN CARRY

Vaya caps you at two active goals at once, on purpose. Adding a third doesn't get silently allowed — it gets a moment's pause first, because a third goal splits focus that's already stretched. Say yes anyway, and it waits its turn instead of competing for your attention immediately.

IT WARNS YOU BEFORE YOU OVERLOAD YOUR DAY — NOT AFTER

As your schedule fills up toward your own daily limit, Vaya says something before you commit to too much, not after you've already burned out. Same for sleep — the app protects it as a real, visible boundary, not an afterthought.

PROGRESS THAT DOESN'T GUILT YOU

Fell behind this week? Vaya tells you exactly how much more gets you back on pace — never that you failed. Goals track streaks and momentum, not just raw completion, so one missed day doesn't erase the picture.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE

• Tasks and time blocks, in a day/week/month view that shows real free time, not just a wall of events
• Goals with milestones and daily practices, linked to the projects actually feeding them
• Money — income, expenses, and budgets — tracked against the same goals and projects, not a separate app
• A parked-ideas inbox you can turn into a goal, a task, or a scheduled block whenever you're ready
• Home-screen widgets for your next task and a live clock

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Everything lives on your device. Signing in with Google is optional and only used if you want a private backup to your own Google Drive — nothing is ever sent to a server we run, because there isn't one. No ads, no analytics, no trackers, nothing sold. Full details in the in-app Privacy Policy.

Vaya is a personal project, currently in friends-and-family testing. If something's confusing or broken, that's genuinely useful to know — feedback goes straight to the person building it.
