DernekTR

DernekTR is the official membership application for members of your association. It is sufficient for your association to be using the DernekTR management system; no separate registration or password is required.

PHONE LOGIN
You enter the mobile phone number you registered with your association and the code received via SMS. There is no need to memorize a password.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements shared by the association management appear instantly in the application. You can view attached documents (PDF, images) without leaving the application.

MEETINGS
You will see upcoming general assembly and board meetings. You can indicate your attendance and the number of people you will bring with a single touch. If there is a pending meeting, a badge will appear in the tab.

CALENDAR
Birthday, membership anniversary, and wedding anniversary celebrations of association members, as well as meeting dates, are collected in a single calendar.

STATEMENT
You will see your membership fee and donation transactions, debts and payments, with the most recent at the top. You can download your statement as a PDF or Excel file.

DOCUMENT SENDING
If you have permission, you can send photos of receipts and invoices directly from the application. This feature depends on your association's settings; if it is disabled, the relevant section will not be visible.

PROFILE
You can update your phone number, email address, date of birth, and address information yourself. Changes are reported to the association management. You can delete your account from within the application at any time.

PRIVACY
Your data is used only for the operations of the association you are a member of. It is not used for advertising or tracking purposes, and is not sold to third parties. The GDPR disclosure text is displayed upon first login, and your explicit consent is obtained.

There are no in-app purchases.
