12 Testers: SwapTest

12 Testers: SwapTest is a reciprocal exchange between Android developers. Post your app and other developers request to swap with you: they install and use your app, you install and use theirs. Every day each side sends 1-3 photos of the app it used, and the partner answers with a check and honest feedback.

◆ FOR DEVELOPERS
• Post your Google Play app in one tap: Play link, package name, icon
• Requests arrive in Incoming requests - accept or decline on the card itself
• Daily activity: send 1-3 photos of your day plus an optional note
• Each day closes at midnight UTC, and the screen shows the time that is left
• Your partner's photos arrive as a check with their feedback
• Chat belongs to a pair of apps: names and icons, never profiles
• Discover lists every open app; My Apps holds the ones you posted
• Exchange history keeps what you sent and what your partner sent
• One free posted app; Premium is verified by the server and removes ads
• Set how many partners may request each app: 12 by default, up to 20 free, up to 100 Premium
• Requests you send out are not limited

◆ HOW A SWAP WORKS
1) Post your app in My Apps
2) A developer requests it and you accept
3) Both sides open the other's app from Google Play and use it
4) Each UTC day: send 1-3 photos of the app you used, with an optional note
5) The partner looks at the photos and sends a check with feedback
6) Either side ends the exchange when it is done

◆ HONEST BY DESIGN
• No points, no coins, no ranking, no paid testers
• No APK uploads and no installs from outside Google Play
• Photos only - no screen recording, no video
• Partners stay anonymous: no email, name, avatar or public ID is shown
• A day you sent is read-only afterwards - it cannot be edited
• Report, block, pause or end an exchange from the app's own menu

◆ SAFETY
• Every app opens through its Google Play listing, so updates come first
• Photos stay between the two sides of the exchange
• No cash, no Play ratings for sale
• Stability reporting is on
