📊 Home Dashboard

When you launch Bet Wiz, the home screen shows your estimated current caffeine level in milligrams and the total logged today. Four large buttons take you to log a drink, the live monitor, full drink history, or the built-in rules that explain how calculations work.

🥤 Quick Drink Logging

95 mg for Tap Coffee, 47 mg for Tea, or 160 mg for Energy Drink. Use Custom mode to enter any milligram amount. After saving, Bet Wiz stores the drink type, caffeine content, and timestamp locally, then opens the monitor so you can see how the new intake affects your projected curve.

📈 Live Monitor and 24-Hour Chart

The monitor is the heart of Bet Wiz. A header shows current active caffeine in mg, a reference daily limit of 400 mg, and an estimated time until residual caffeine may clear. A chart projects how your level may decline over the next 24 hours using a five-hour half-life model. Colored markers mark each logged drink, and a dashed line marks the 400 mg reference line on the scale.

🧮 Half-Life Calculations

Bet Wiz models elimination so roughly half of remaining caffeine is processed every five hours. Drinks from the last 48 hours are combined with exponential decay to produce your current mg ​​reading and forward projection. The chart refreshes during your session so the curve stays current. Clear-in estimates are for general awareness when planning your day.

📋 Drink History

Every saved entry appears in a scrollable list with drink name, milligrams, and log time. The history screen shows the same current mg, limit, and clear-in values ​​as the monitor. An empty state appears when no drinks are logged yet.

📑 Daily Summary

Open the daily summary from the monitor to compare today's intake against the 400 mg reference limit. Bet Wiz shows whether you are within range or over it with color-coded feedback. Continue home or log another drink from there.

The Rules screen explains half-life in plain English, describes how logging coffee, tea, and energy drinks feeds the monitor chart, and notes that 400 mg is a widely cited reference for many healthy adults. Guidance lives inside the app and is always one tap from home.

Bet Wiz saves drink entries on your phone. Daily totals reset when the calendar day changes. The tracker features work without creating an account.
