Cureball is a professional wireless (BLE) telemetry and maturity monitoring system that tracks the heat of hydration, temperature history, and compressive strength development of fresh concrete in real time after casting.

This application is designed to work with wireless Cureball Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) sensor equipment embedded in reinforced concrete elements (columns, shear walls, slabs, raft foundations, and mass concrete) on site.

• Standard Compliance and Legal Engineering Infrastructure:
Fully supports the Nurse-Saul (Temperature-Time Factor) and Arrhenius (Equivalent Age) mathematical maturity algorithms defined in ASTM C1074, TS EN 13670, and TS EN 206 standards.

• Wireless BLE Telemetry & Smart Radar:
Retrieves temperature data wirelessly from Cureball sensors embedded in the concrete. • Hysteresis-protected radar interface that prevents signal noise, instantly detects the nearest sensor in the field.

• High-Performance Touch Graphics:
Advanced graphics engine that processes tens of thousands of data points without lag or stuttering. You can expand and contract the graph with two-finger gestures (pinch-to-zoom & pan), and examine hydration peaks and troughs.

• Formwork Removal Decision Support and Early Loading:
Accelerates the construction cycle and saves costs by monitoring the moment the concrete reaches its 28-day target strength (MPa) or formwork removal threshold (70%) in real time.

• PDF Reporting:
Generates locally sealed, approved, and graphically detailed official PDF test reports on the device for submission to site managers, building inspection organizations, and official administrations.

• Rich Recipe Library:
Standard concrete grades from C20/25 to C50/60 are ready. You can define ready-mixed concrete recipes specific to your construction site by entering your laboratory calibration coefficients.
