EARS

EARS is a modern radio streaming aggregator built for East Africa — bringing together live stations from Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania in one fast, reliable app.

WHY EARS

• Light on your data. We stream using the Opus codec at a low bitrate, so you can listen for hours without burning through your mobile data bundle.
• A huge, curated selection. We've gathered the best and most popular FM stations from across this large and diverse region — from national broadcasters to local community and religious stations.
• Built for real conditions. EARS is designed to work reliably on the kind of networks and devices people actually use across East Africa, not just flagship phones on fast Wi-Fi.

FEATURES

• Browse stations by country — currently Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, with more on the way.
• Discover what's popular and best-rated in your country.
• Save your favourite stations for one-tap access.
• Keep a "Recently played" list so you can jump back into a station you liked.
• Search stations, podcasts, and audiobooks from one place.
• Simple, distraction-free player that keeps playing in the background while you use other apps.

WHO IT'S FOR

Whether you're a listener who wants quick access to your favourite FM station, or a radio station looking for a modern way to reach mobile listeners, EARS makes East African radio easy to find and easy to stream.

We're actively adding stations and features — feedback from listeners and stations across the region shapes what we build next.
