Stock & Hisab - Inventorini

Inventorini is a stock and hisab app for shops and godowns in Pakistan. Kiryana stores, wholesalers, distributors and importers use it instead of the register.

WHAT IT DOES

• Hisab on one screen: today's sale, profit, stock in hand and udhaar to collect.

• Udhaar khata: mark a bill as udhaar or part paid and every customer gets a running khata. Take payments, add old udhaar from your paper register and send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap.

• Cartons and pieces together: sell a full carton or loose pieces. Open a carton into pieces or pack pieces back and the count stays right. Call the units Peti, Bori, Dozen or whatever your shop says.

• Bills with profit: the last rate fills in by itself. Try to sell below what you paid and the app asks you first. Send the bill on WhatsApp or print it.

• Container import: upload the Excel packing list and the whole container goes into stock with carton costs.

• Count stock: count the godown, type what is really there and only the changed items are corrected. History shows every movement and who made it.

• Free online store: pick the items to show and customers send their order on WhatsApp. Your stock and costs are never shown.

• Staff: everyone signs in with their own PIN. Staff can sell but never see your cost or profit.

• Safe: one 6-digit PIN, fingerprint unlock and encrypted backups that run on their own. Only you and your staff see your numbers.

• English, Roman Urdu and اردو. Tap the "?" on any screen for help in your language.
