FunFitLand

The headset delivers the workout. Your phone is where the routine lives.

FunFitLand on your phone works with the FunFitLand app on your Meta Quest. Pick your next workout, see your heart rate while you're training, and check your stats when you're done.

SEE YOUR HEART RATE LIVE IN THE HEADSET
Connect a chest strap or a supported watch, and your heart rate appears inside your Meta Quest while you work out. You can see your BPM and which zone you're in, and change what you're doing about it. Heart rate in VR used to be something you looked at afterward. Now it's something you train with.

BROWSE AND PICK YOUR NEXT WORKOUT
Explore the full library, sort by intensity, length and coach, and save what you want next. Decide before you put the headset on, not while you're standing there wearing it.

SET WORKOUT REMINDERS
Pick the days and times you train and your phone will remind you.

SEE YOUR STATS AFTER EVERY WORKOUT
Workout time, calories, accuracy, distance, average and max BPM, and how long you spent in each heart rate zone.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS AND STREAKS
Active days on a calendar, your current streak, and your totals for workouts, hours and calories since the day you started.

FOLLOW FRIENDS, SEND AND RECEIVE KUDOS
Follow the people you train with and see what they're working on. Send kudos on their workouts, and get kudos back on yours.
