Watch app: AlcoScore, sessions, drinks, medications, and alerts on your wrist. A tile and five complications, synced in real time. Requires AlcoLog on a paired phone for initial setup.

ALCOSCORE HABIT SYSTEM
AlcoScore is a 0-100 habit score across six weighted pillars: frequency, intensity, trend, control, behavior, and recovery. Rolling 28-day window. After every session see Proud Points, Pinch Points, and helper/harmer notes.

PERSONAL GOALS, GENTLY TRACKED
Pick a goal during setup (cut back, stay under a limit, build sober days, or quit entirely). AlcoLog tracks your weekly progress with no nags or judgments. Hit a 4-week under-target streak or a sobriety milestone and a celebration card opens.

REAL-TIME SESSION TRACKING
Start a session and log drinks. Units, calories, cost, drink count and session timer tick in real time. Live Updates put the session in your status bar and lock screen; widgets add a drink, log water, or end it.

BAC ESTIMATION
Watch your estimated blood alcohol level rise and fall through the night, and see when you should be back to zero. Set a threshold and AlcoLog tells you when you cross it and when you drop back under. Shown as % BAC or Promille. An estimate only, never a breathalyzer substitute and never a reason to drive.

ADD A PAST SESSION
Forgot to log last night? Add it afterward. Same timeline, totals, and AlcoScore treatment as a live one, so your history stays honest.

Scan any alcohol barcode. Queries Open Food Facts, USDA, LCBO, and FatSecret for ABV, calories, and branded nutrition data.

LOCATION TAGGING AND VENUES (PREMIUM)
Every drink is auto-tagged with a friendly place name, so your timeline shows where each was logged, and a session map shows where your night went. Sessions auto-start when you leave home and auto-end on arrival, with saved venues too. Location stays on your device.

SMART ALERTS
Limits for units (Free) or calories, cost, and drinks (Premium). Cross-threshold notifications, auto-incrementing limits, hydration reminders, motivational notes, and session auto-stop.

MEDICATIONS
Log Naltrexone, Gabapentin, Acamprosate, Disulfiram, Nalmefene, Topiramate, and GLP-1 agonists. Track doses, set redose timers, pin reminders to venues. Built for the Sinclair Method and other evidence-based approaches.
