About KickOff: Soccer Team Manager
KickOff is built for the people who organize a weekly soccer or futsal game: the captain, the organizer, the one who always ends up counting heads.
Asking who is coming, counting players, splitting teams, writing down the score. KickOff puts that whole weekly routine in one place.
■ Attendance
Mark each member as Going, Maybe, Not going or No reply. Tap a row to change the status, swipe right for Going and swipe left for Not going.
KickOff tells you right away when you are short of players or have too many for the format and number of teams. It also warns you when the roster goes over capacity.
Share the attendance list as text straight to your group chat. KickOff can also write a reminder for members who have not replied yet.
Adding a guest player takes only a name, a position and a skill level.
■ Check-in and fees
On match day, check in the players who actually showed up with a single tap. Someone turned up without replying? Search for them and add them on the spot.
Mark who has paid the match fee, and KickOff keeps a running total of how many have paid and how much has been collected.
■ Automatic team builder
KickOff builds teams from the players who are there, balancing skill and positions. You get three options at once, each with a balance score and the average skill of every team.
Goalkeepers are spread across teams, and recent line-ups are avoided so the same groups do not keep playing together. You can also set members who should always be on the same team or always be kept apart.
Not quite right? Long-press a player and drag them to another team. The balance score updates instantly. Lock the players you want to keep and reshuffle the rest.
Supports 2 to 4 teams. Share the final teams as an image or as text.
■ Match results
Record the score for each round, plus goals and assists for each player. When 3 or 4 teams rotate, pick the matchup for every round and enter the score.
When you finish a match, members who said they were coming but never checked in are marked as no-shows automatically.
■ Members and stats
See each member's attendance rate, no-shows, win rate, goals, assists and recent matches. KickOff suggests skill adjustments based on recent results, and you decide whether to apply them.
The stats screen ranks attendance, win rate and goal contributions for this month, this year or all time. The home screen shows your next match, recent results and this month's top attenders.
■ Match schedule
Create a match with the date, time, venue, format, number of teams, capacity and fee. For a regular game, repeat it weekly for up to 12 weeks in one go. Recently used venues are suggested automatically.
A daily reminder at the time you choose helps you stay on top of the next match.
