ITB Finance
ITB Finance gives you complete control of your account and cards from your phone. Sign in, see your card details, track every payment, and check your balances — all in one app, available whenever you need it.
Sign up and log in
Create your account directly in the app. Enter your details, verify your identity, and you're ready to go — no paperwork, no waiting on a branch. If you already have an account, log in with your email and password and set up biometric sign-in so future access takes a single tap. Face ID, Touch ID, and device passcode are all supported, and you can switch between them at any time from your settings.
Forgotten your password? Reset it in the app in a few steps, with verification sent to your registered email or phone.
Your card details, always to hand
Open your card in the app to view the full details: card number, expiry date, and CVV. Tap to reveal them when you need to make an online purchase, and tap again to hide them. Copy any field straight to your clipboard so you can paste it at checkout without typing it out.
You can see the status of each card at a glance — active, frozen, or expired — and freeze or unfreeze a card instantly if you misplace it. Add your card to your mobile wallet in one step to pay in stores and in apps.
If you hold more than one card, switch between them from a single screen and see which account each one is linked to.
Track your spending
Every transaction appears in your activity feed as soon as it's authorised. Each entry shows the merchant, the amount, the currency, the date and time, and whether it's pending or settled — so you always know where a payment stands.
Search your history by merchant or amount, or filter by date range and card, to find a specific transaction quickly. Tap any transaction to open the full detail view, including the reference and any fees applied.
Spending summaries show you totals over the period you choose, so you can see how much has gone out this week or this month without adding it up yourself.
View your account details
Your dashboard shows your balances across every account you hold, in each currency, updated in real time. Open any account to see its full details — account number, IBAN, sort code, and any other identifiers you need to receive a payment.
Share those details in a couple of taps: copy a single field, or send the full set to whoever is paying you, straight from the app.
Statements and records
Review your statements by month and download them whenever you need a record for your files or your accountant.
Your session is protected by biometric or passcode authentication every time you open the app. Card details stay hidden until you choose to reveal them, and all data between your device and our systems is encrypted. You can sign out of all devices from your settings at any time.
