COMPASS — The First Human-Aware Performance Management Platform
Tired of complex performance systems that measure busywork instead of achievement? COMPASS puts people back at the heart of work — measuring real outcomes, not just completed tasks.
Why COMPASS?
◆ Simplicity before complexity — Powerful tools with an easy interface. Start with the essentials and expand as you grow.
◆ Measure real impact — Indicators that track outcomes and impact — not activity and motion.
◆ A ready-made KPI library — Over 332 performance indicators across 14 sectors, ready to apply from day one.
◆ Diverse indicator types — Multiple indicator types (absolute number, percentage, ratio, rating) that keep expanding to fit every measurement case.
◆ A three-tier alert system — Stay continuously informed of your indicators' performance (green / yellow / red).
◆ Evidence-based achievement — Attach documents and evidence to verify that results were genuinely delivered.
◆ You're never alone — We don't leave you lost in front of a tool. Accompanying advisory support walks with your rollout step by step, turning clarity into flawless real-world execution.
