OMD is for fire and EMS agencies that subscribe to CCE Platform. Sign-in requires an account from your agency.

FOR CREWS
• Chart by voice during the call. What you say becomes timestamped chart entries; you review every entry and sign.
• Your agency's protocols and drug references at hand, as approved by your medical director.
• Pediatric doses calculated from the patient's weight, with the concentration and the volume to draw up.
• Missing items flagged before you sign, with a tap that takes you straight to each one.
• Charting keeps working without a signal and syncs when the connection returns.
• Messaging with your crew and medical director, inside your agency.

FOR THE AGENCY
• Protocols reach crews only after the medical director signs them, and every signed version is kept.
• A full timeline of every call for quality review.
• Reports follow the national EMS data standard (NEMSIS 3.5.1).

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Patient information is covered by a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement or Data Protection Addendum with each agency.
• Data is encrypted and stored in the United States. Each agency's records are isolated from every other agency's.
• Access is by role, and the app locks with fingerprint or face unlock.
