We know what you’re thinking - “ANOTHER diet program”. We don’t blame you.

There is an overwhelming amount of information out there, and a plethora of diets for you to choose from. The problem is that most of them involve you restricting certain food groups and following complicated recipes. We’re not into that. We understand that most of you are too busy to measure out and prepare a perfect culinary masterpiece. We also understand that proper nutrition is complicated and complex and you probably don’t have the time to learn the fat content in a piece of salmon.

That’s why we made this app – it’s weight loss, simplified.

BMB Bites caters to the average active person and the general population. We’re not all athletes and we certainly aren’t going to be spending hours in the gym every day. That’s why we NEED to take control of our dietary habits if weight loss is our goal – whether it be losing 3kg or 50kg. It’s the only way.

BMB Bites will gather the appropriate data and generate 3 different plans for you to choose from – 1200 calories, 1500 calories or 1800 calories. Your decision will be based on how quickly you want to lose weight and each plan will show you what you can expect to lose in a certain amount of time if you follow the plan.

NOW… this is important to read. The BMB Bites team have been working in the fitness industry for a combined 35+ years and we have plenty of experience under our belt to be able to tell you what works and what doesn’t. What doesn’t work is restricting your intake to 1200 calories while you’re exercising like an animal 7 days a week. 1200 calories is more sustainable for someone who is more sedentary. So we leave the decision up to you – which plan do you feel is most likely for you to stick to in the long term? Be honest with your answer. (PS: We recommend higher calories and slower weight loss as this is where we have, by far, seen the most LONG TERM success with our clients.)

Once you choose your program, you have a large selection of breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners that you will pick for that week. Your choices will automatically generate a shopping list, making it easy and simple to do your shop and plan for the week ahead.

The food in this program is nothing fancy, but we do give you portions that have ALREADY BEEN macro and calorie controlled so you don’t have to spend time working that information out for yourself. Once again – we DO NOT believe in restriction. You will find toast, cereal, cheese, wraps, pasta, potatoes etc. – all the things that are often demonized as weight gain culprits. There are no recipes – just products you can find at the supermarket, specific ingredients and portion sizes for you to work with.

Please note we do not cater to any dietary restrictions. We do recommend you consult a registered dietician if you have any clinical dietary concerns. Our main goal with BMB Bites is for our clients to not feel restricted with food and create new, healthy habits.
