Because We Care

Because We Care is a new method of getting back into shape while respecting our body and, even more, nature and the environment. The time has come to encourage a proactive battle of prevention for health and preservation of the environment.

The Because We Care method integrates into data models the results of its 15 years of experience in the field of sport, physical and mental preparation and nutrition, as well as the results of the most recent scientific advances.

This accumulation of data makes it possible to drive an innovative data processing engine which makes Because We Care the only algorithm offering each user a tailor-made journey respecting their needs, their medical history, their morphotype and their temperament.

Each program is unique and depends on the data injected by the user.
