With over 20 years of extensive study in various movement practices I am so excited to share Truform Movement Strength & Stretch with you! As a professional dancer finding calm in a movement practice, I started training clients of all walks of life. Through my work as a trainer, I continue to deepen my understanding of what is necessary to create strong, healthy moving bodies. My movement practices have led me to begin practicing handstands and backbends, allowing me to help you gain strength & flexibility through the entire body.
Truform Movement is a blend of knowledge, understanding and application of the most effective ways to move through a safe and effective practice.
Whether it is teaching how to understand a specific movement concept or offering a modification specific to you, I believe that everyone is able to create a shift in their body towards feeling the freedom that our bodies and minds crave.
