This is the premium program, custom-made for clients for their specific goals. This program is designed after an initial online consultation via email with the client. The program is split in 3 phases over 3 months. After each phase, the program is reviewed and updated/progressed or regressed based on personal feedback from clients to ensure they keep moving towards their goal at their own pace.

This program not only helps women transform their body & health but also transform their lifestyle habits and incorporate self care in their daily routines.

This program primarily focuses on 3 full body strength training a week and ensuring clients meet their protein intake requirements to retain & build muscle mass. Cardio is performed off the strength training days and High intensity interval workouts are built in in the second and third phase of the program.

This program is perfect for those who are looking for a total body & lifestyle transformation. This is for those who are committed and want to make changes that are sustainable and long-lasting over time.
