Being a parent is an incredible journey filled with joys and challenges, and as dads, we understand the importance of staying healthy and active to keep up with our little ones. That's why we created mPowerMENt – a fitness community tailored for fathers.

Parenthood often leads to changes in physical health. Studies show parents gain around 4 to 6 pounds in the first two years. The stress and exhaustion can also lead to unhealthy habits. That's why it's vital to prioritise our well-being, not just for us but for our families too.

Research shows that active fathers are more likely to have healthier children and leading by example and incorporating regular exercise into our routines, we not only improve our own health but also set a positive precedent for our children to follow. Studies have also shown that involved fathers tend to have happier and more successful children, highlighting the importance of maintaining physical and emotional well-being throughout the parenting journey.
