You will have access to FitCulture4Her Facebook fitness community as well as a FitCulture4Her Virtual Book Club to support you in your journey to being the best version of yourself. Through the app you can quickly check-in daily and get progress reports on your compliance. Plus you can chat with Trainer Steph if you have questions or need extra inspiration.
