Welcome to the Jamie Allan Fitness App! This app will be used to deliver key areas of the program such as your training plan and weekly check-in. The app will also be used to track key metrics in your plan such as your day-to-day nutrition, your progress photos and to log book your sessions.
Every Member will have their own individualised profile that will be designed around your goals, needs, wants and limitations. Your profile will be checked weekly to see how your getting on and if you have missed any workouts etc.
