Periodised Fitness Programme
The main screen will contain your assigned programme, with all sessions for the week outlined so you can plan out around your personal schedule.
Exercise Videos
All exercises have videos and a description of how to perform them, removing the 'googling and guess work' from excel programmes. You can also enter your data every session and view the history, so no more peddling the weights week to week in the gym, our programmes are about long-term PROGRESS.
Log Progress
Within the App we have implemented key metrics to help you monitor your training and fitness, these include:
- Cricket Workloads - Overs bowled, Minutes batted, Throwing
- Fitness - Capacity, Strength, Power and Fitness measurements
- Wellness - Daily questions to monitor your response to the stress of training
Training Resources
In addition to the programme the App contains a documents section where we provide you with multiple recourses to support your training.
