You will have access to Coach Alex 24/7, check in calls, and access to the Grow & Glow private Facebook Group so you can be surrounded by other like minded people! Coach Alex will walk alongside you every step of the way so you build the confidence to do it all on your own! She will be able to see your progress throughout your journey and hold you accountable so you can stay as consistent as possible!

Nutrition:

You will be given a customized nutrition plan to fit your lifestyle and learn how to fuel your body right in order to reach your goals. The app allows you to keep track of your nutrition so you can build the confidence in doing it all on your own later on. You will also have access to recipes, tips, and grocery shopping lists to make it as simple as possible!

Fitness:

The app will allow you to access your customized workout plan that fits you and your lifestyle. You won’t need to worry about looking up workouts and what to do on what day because that will all be done for you!
