Lessonmint: Lessons & Payments

Lessonmint is the lesson and payment ledger for private tutors, music teachers, language teachers, sports coaches and personal trainers. Swap the notebook and the spreadsheet for one clear record of every lesson and every payment — and always know who owes you what.

YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE
• Weekly lessons and one-offs on a day or week view
• Mark each lesson Done, Cancelled (by the student or by you) or No-show in one tap
• Lessons that have ended but were never marked are gathered in one "to mark" list
• Reschedule a single date or move a whole weekly slot
• Optional reminders before each lesson

MONEY THAT ADDS UP BY ITSELF
• Price per lesson or per hour, per student
• Prepaid packages (e.g. 10 lessons) with lessons left and a warning when they run low
• Your late-cancellation rule: cancel less than 24 hours before and it is charged — or choose 12 h, 48 h, or never
• Record payments by cash, bank transfer, card or anything else
• Balances are always worked out from lessons and payments, never typed in, so they are always right
• "Who owes you" list and a clear month summary

FAMILIES AND PARENTS
• Put siblings together under one payer: one balance, one statement
• Record a payment for one child or for the whole family

STATEMENTS AND RECEIPTS
• Send a clear monthly statement by WhatsApp, text or email in seconds — free
• A numbered receipt for every payment

PROGRESS NOTES
• Lesson notes and homework on every lesson
• A progress log per student, with photos of sheet music, worksheets or goals
