Who is Behavioral Fitness for?
No matter what phase of life you are in, there is a thoughtfully curated program to meet you where you are.

The Behavioral Fitness App (or the Be-Fit Hub as we call it) is a way to schedule appointments or discovery calls to learn more, and directly book classes and events.

Behavioral Fitness is on a mission to help people live better. Founded by a Doctor of Behavioral Health and an Emergency Nurse, Behavioral Fitness integrates behavioral science, principles from addiction medicine, and the latest research on quality and longevity of life. With Behavioral Fitness you will learn about the principles from the healthiest communities across the globe, known as Blue Zones, and how to apply a lifestyle approach known as Behavioral Fitness to live better. We think of it like “building a life you don’t need a vacation from”. Learn how to set the conditions to thrive- it’s within each of us!

Behavioral Fitness redefines what it means to “be-fit” from the inside out. This is achieved through education, engaging and dynamic experiences, and fostering community and connection. Our approach helps you gain new insights and guides you to create your personal Be-Fit plan.
