Wabi-Sabi Yoga Fitness & Wellness Center is a judgement free zone where you can find classes or individual sessions to improve your overall health and quality of life at any age. We offer classes in Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Strength Training and Pilates at all levels. With over 25 classes a week, we are able to accommodate most schedules with our newly added early morning classes. If you are more comfortable in a private setting or you're just not sure where to begin, schedule a free consultation and we will be happy to assist you!
The term Wabi-Sabi refers to a Japanese philosophy of accepting your imperfections and making the most of life. "Wabi" can be defined as understated elegance. "Sabi" is translated as taking pleasure in the imperfect. The philosophy of Wabi-Sabi encourages us to focus on the hidden blessings in our lives and celebrate the way things are rather than how they should be. So, if you fall out of tree pose ( as most people do!), or you bend your knees in a forward fold (I encourage that!), say Wabi-Sabi. We are all "Perfectly Imperfect".
