We are located in the Twin Cities area: our place in Hudson, Wisconsin is only 19 minutes from downtown St. Paul.

We provide a supportive environment for individuals of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds, whether in group classes or one-on-one lessons. Choose from women-only or mixed-gender classes.
