About Yoga Sequence Builder

With 100+ built-in Yoga poses to choose from, plus custom actions to add as you wish, you can build all kinds of sequences for your Yoga sequencing needs, as a teacher, or a student.

For teachers: build a collection of sequences for different students / groups.
For students/clients: do regular practices with your preferred sequences (or choose from the provided examples), or sequences your teacher designed for you.

-- Can automatically proceed to next if (1) you enable auto-play in Settings and (2) the steps have durations set
-- Speed up or slow down as you prefer when playing
-- Set preferred transition period between steps to take enough breaks
-- Verbal cues for 8 key poses (for example, downward-facing dog), to help teachers to guide students (and more to come)

Free users have full access to all preset poses, and most features, except:
- Can create 1 free sequence (quota is freed up if you delete it)
- Cannot use the "copy" feature
- Cannot export sequences as PDF
- May see ads

- Use copy feature to quickly create new sequences from existing ones
